Role Overview:
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our esteemed customers, embodying the PLS brand. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exemplary customer service while educating clients about our diverse range of financial products and services. You will play a crucial role in upholding our company’s quality standards and ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to foster repeat business.
- Educate customers about our comprehensive range of products and services.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations during all transactions.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures diligently.
- Maintain a balanced cash drawer and accurately complete all transactions, including cash handling.
- Utilize our point-of-sale system to efficiently process transactions and access necessary information.
- Address customer complaints effectively or escalate them to the Store Manager as needed.
- Help maintain a clean and organized store environment for both customers and team members.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably within hospitality or financial services.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and other technology.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on compliance and quality standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
