Your Responsibilities
Customer Support & Communication
- Timely and professional responses to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
- Providing accurate information regarding our products, services, and processes.
- Ensuring each interaction is positive and contributes to a helpful customer experience.
Issue Resolution
- Efficiently investigating and resolving customer issues, escalating when necessary.
- Taking ownership of customer concerns from the initial contact to resolution.
- Following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and closure.
Customer Experience & Improvement
- Identifying recurring issues and sharing insights with internal teams.
- Contributing to the enhancement of support processes and the customer journey.
- Maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in our systems.
Collaboration
- Working closely with Sales, Operations, and Product teams to address customer needs.
- Supporting internal initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction and retention.
