Are you our new Customer Service Representative?
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Through various channels such as phone, email, and social media, you will assist customers with inquiries regarding billing, contracts, relocations, and investments like solar panels.
Working alongside an enthusiastic and energetic team, you will pursue clear objectives while incorporating a healthy dose of humor. You will communicate with customers in a friendly and natural manner. By informing and inspiring our customers about their positive contributions to the energy transition, you will help foster long-term relationships! You will respond to customer inquiries and provide proactive advice on sustainability matters.
