Qualifications
A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Project Management, Economics, IT, Engineering, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) are highly regarded. Over 3 years of experience in account management or a customer success role. Extensive experience in service delivery and customer account management in both B2C and B2B environments. Demonstrated success in managing After-Sales Services/Projects. Experience in managing budgets, financial KPIs, and optimizing costs and profit margins in customer care or support services. Strong understanding of relevant processes, tools, and methodologies. Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop team members while fostering a culture of continuous learning, autonomy, and accountability. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal, listening, and problem-solving abilities. Expertise in collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive growth opportunities.

The Customer Success Manager (APAC) will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our customers achieve their desired outcomes while utilizing TOMRA's innovative products and services. This position is crucial for enhancing customer satisfaction, retention, and overall business growth. By fostering strong relationships with customers, you will gain a deep understanding of their goals and proactively guide them toward achieving success with our offerings.
In this field-based role, you will be instrumental in aligning customer success initiatives with key business outcomes, transforming satisfied clients into long-term advocates and drivers of revenue growth through contract renewals, upselling, and cross-selling. Your efforts will also contribute to maintaining high renewal rates and customer retention.
Supporting the entire APAC region, you will strengthen TOMRA Foods' customer-centric approach by amplifying the effectiveness of service product sales. This includes supporting and growing after-sales activities with a cohesive strategy for enhancing service sales via TOMRA Care contracts, parts packages, upgrades, training solutions, and related offerings.
