Key Responsibilities:Manage the customer lifecycle: Guide customers through onboarding, implementation, and adoption phases, ensuring swift and measurable time-to-value. Collaborate with SOC Teams: Work alongside analysts, engineers, and security leaders to integrate Andesite into their workflows. Promote Adoption and Value: Ensure customers actively utilize the platform and achieve concrete results aligned with their security goals. Serve as a Trusted Advisor: Engage with technical stakeholders and security leadership to align Andesite's offerings with their operational and strategic objectives. Identify Risks & Opportunities: Proactively monitor account health, mitigate risks, and uncover avenues for growth and expansion. Develop the CS Function: Design and implement onboarding frameworks, success plans, health scoring, and customer engagement models from the ground up. Close the Feedback Loop: Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to relay customer insights.

Role Summary:

As a Customer Success Manager at Andesite, you will play a pivotal role in establishing the Customer Success function from the ground up. This hands-on position involves collaborating closely with Security Operations teams to promote product adoption, showcase value, and influence product development.

You will oversee the entire customer journey post-sale, from onboarding to long-term success, while defining scalable processes, playbooks, and feedback mechanisms for Customer Success at Andesite.

This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in dynamic, early-stage environments and enjoy working closely with technical security teams while contributing to both operational and developmental aspects.
