This position focuses on supporting enterprise clients who use Compa’s AI Agents products to enhance their compensation strategies. Building strong relationships, guiding product adoption, and helping clients see the full value of Compa’s solutions are central to this role.

Role overview

The Customer Success Manager works directly with enterprise customers to understand their needs and goals. The role involves supporting clients as they implement and use Compa’s real-time compensation data platform. Acting as the main point of contact, the manager addresses client questions and gathers feedback to improve the client experience.
