Qualifications
Key Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services in a technology-focused environment. A strong advocate for customer needs, acting as an extension of their team within MongoDB. Technical acumen with a genuine interest in database technology and the ability to learn quickly. Self-starter with the ability to independently manage a customer portfolio, making critical decisions to resolve issues and escalate when necessary. Entrepreneurial mindset capable of developing new processes to enhance service delivery for strategic customers. Collaborative team player who can work closely with various internal departments to drive customer success. Familiarity with database, cloud, and infrastructure technologies is advantageous. Bilingual proficiency in English and German is required.
