Minimum 2 years of experience in Micro Finance as a Manager (preferably in Grameen Financial Institutions). Ability to develop sales and marketing strategies collaboratively to achieve targets. Must possess a motorcycle and a valid SIM C. Willingness to be placed in various new branch locations in Surabaya (Benowo, Krembangan, Wonocolo). Required Skills: High discipline (integrity, honesty & transparency). Strong communication and collaboration skills with the team. High enthusiasm for learning, especially in analyzing information and data. Ability to adapt to changes and a strong focus on achieving targets. Capability to foster a coaching culture to enhance team performance.
