Role Overview
The Customer Success Manager (CSM) for mParticle by Rokt will manage key customer accounts, including some of the world’s most recognized consumer brands. The CSM team plays a central role in building and expanding relationships at all levels within client organizations. This position focuses on supporting high-revenue, large-scale clients across international markets.

- Manage and nurture relationships with premier customer accounts.
- Engage regularly with key stakeholders to understand their business strategies and objectives.
- Drive the adoption and expansion of data-driven use cases across client organizations.
- Promote platform products and features to help clients achieve their goals.
- Communicate the value of the enterprise platform clearly and effectively.
