About the Role:
The Customer Success Team at Planet is on the lookout for a Customer Success Manager specializing in the Defense and Intelligence sectors. This pivotal role will be centered on assisting clients within the U. S. Defense and Intelligence communities, enabling them to maximize the value derived from Planet's imagery, platform, and services. We seek a geospatial expert to cultivate and maintain relationships with clients leveraging our platform and imagery in these crucial fields. Your mission will be to act as a trusted advisor, ensuring clients gain maximum benefit while staying updated on product enhancements and industry trends. We are in search of candidates who recognize the strategic significance of remote sensing data in Defense and Intelligence contexts, possessing the capability to guide clients through platform intricacies and identify bespoke solutions.
This is a full-time, hybrid role requiring in-office attendance at our D. C. office in Arlington, VA, three days a week.
Impact You Will Have:
- Build and nurture enduring relationships with Defense and Intelligence clients, specifically focusing on U. S. accounts.
- Facilitate successful onboarding, training of new customers, and optimal product utilization.
- Deliver hands-on training and support to empower clients in effectively using Planet’s platforms, data, and solutions.
- Assist clients in expanding their use of products and services, identifying new opportunities for engagement.
