Role overview
The Customer Success Manager works directly with clients to understand their goals and ensure they see value from our Ad Tech products. Building and maintaining strong relationships is central to this position. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is part of the daily routine, supporting customers from onboarding through ongoing product use.
What you will do
- Analyze client needs and recommend tailored Ad Tech solutions
- Guide customers through effective implementation of advertising products
- Provide ongoing support and advice to help clients achieve their objectives
