As a Customer Support Agent focused on the German-speaking market, you will be the friendly voice of our brand, assisting our clients and ensuring their satisfaction.
Your Responsibilities:
- Assist our German-speaking customers via phone, email, chat, and social media.
- Address inquiries and provide support regarding our POS solutions for merchants.
- Engage in continuous process optimization to enhance customer satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong multi-tasking abilities.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both German and English.
- A proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Experience with CRM systems.
- A demonstrated ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
