As this position primarily involves written communication, proficiency in the English language is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the initial point of contact for customers seeking support via ticket-based chat and email.
- Collaborate closely with the support team to ensure timely responses, diagnosis, and resolution of assigned tickets.
- Document and qualify customer-reported issues accurately.
- Engage with the product team to enhance the Mobiscroll user experience through live and offline discussions.
- Draft and update Helpdesk articles to provide timely assistance to users.
- Record and articulate feature requests for product improvements.
