Join ATEXIS as a Customer Support Engineer Intern and provide essential technical support to the engineering departments of airlines. You will be responsible for addressing reported failures during aircraft maintenance or operation and proposing tailored solutions for each issue. Support will be provided remotely from our facilities in Spain, utilizing a secure VPN connection to access customer networks and tools.

- Promptly acknowledge receipt of inquiries within 24 hours
- Adhere to proposed deadlines based on the urgency of the issue
- Deliver technical support grounded in approved technical documentation
- Assess potential downstream impacts of technical documentation
- Manage airworthiness approved repairs (RDAF)
- Conduct operational risk assessments (OCC)
