Operational Excellence: Adhere to company SOPs and quality standards while meeting KPIs related to response and resolution times. Collaborate with various teams to mitigate risks and ensure seamless customer experiences. Ownership & Problem Solving: Take charge of complex customer cases, ensuring thorough follow-through and resolution.
