You will serve as the primary expert for our German-speaking clientele, diagnosing technical challenges, addressing product inquiries, and ensuring that every user maximizes their experience with Leapsome. Collaborating closely with our Support, Product, and Engineering teams, you will actively contribute to creating a world-class support experience.This role is perfect for someone who is technically inclined, eager to learn about how complex products function, and looking to grow within a dynamic, AI-focused environment.Key Responsibilities:Provide support to German- and English-speaking customers via email, demonstrating clarity, empathy, and technical proficiency.Manage support tickets from initial contact through to resolution, ensuring prompt and effective solutions.Investigate and troubleshoot complex issues to determine root causes.Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to identify recurring problems and implement solutions.Assist in developing internal documentation and resources.
