The Role

We are on the lookout for a Customer Support Specialist who is fluent in German and possesses exceptional communication skills. Reporting directly to our Support Team Leader, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, suggesting effective solutions, and guiding users through our platform's features. Your role will encompass assisting both internal and external customers with their platform-related questions through our ticketing system. You will also triage incoming tickets and develop a strong proficiency with Candex's systems and technologies. Success in this position requires a passion for customer service, excellent time management skills, and the ability to build trust with clients. The ideal candidate will be a dedicated brand ambassador, committed to ensuring customer satisfaction at all times. This is a hybrid position based in our office in Ramat Gan, Israel.
