The Role
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Training Specialist to oversee a smooth onboarding experience for our clients as they implement our solutions. Collaborating closely with the Director of Customer Success and other departments, you will design and execute effective onboarding strategies. This position demands a combination of direct customer engagement, content creation, technical knowledge, and a proactive mindset to gather and apply client feedback.
Key Responsibilities
Lead comprehensive onboarding sessions with both new and existing clients, ensuring they fully understand our products and how to effectively utilize them.
Create and deliver engaging training experiences, both in-person and virtually, customized to meet the unique needs of each client.
Regularly solicit feedback from clients during the onboarding process, identifying improvement opportunities and implementing solutions to address any challenges.
Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams, advocating for client requirements and contributing to product improvements based on user insights.
