Join Sporty as a Data Analyst, where you will delve into vast datasets to uncover insights that influence critical business decisions. You will design and implement dashboards that are vital for daily operations, utilized by product managers, traders, and executives alike, while also generating detailed reports on various business aspects using your preferred methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze extensive and intricate datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that enhance business decision-making.
- Design, define, and monitor core business KPIs to assess product and operational performance.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and business teams to translate inquiries into structured data analyses.
- Present clear, concise, and data-driven insights to stakeholders through reports and presentations.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks that facilitate self-service analytics.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses to support strategic initiatives and address emerging business needs.
- Ensure data quality and integrity through dataset validation and collaboration with data engineering teams.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years in a data-driven role.
- Proficient in SQL.
- Familiar with Python and various BI and data visualization tools.
- Strong expertise in ETL data pipelines.
- Solid understanding of A/B Testing principles.
- Experience with Airflow is a plus.
- Knowledge of relational databases and data warehousing concepts.
- Understanding of sports and gaming is advantageous.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and possess strong analytical capabilities.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
