Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:• Execute a variety of standard and custom analytical projects utilizing SQL, Python, Excel, and Power BI, employing structured problem-solving methodologies to fulfill business requirements independently.• Research and hypothesize to develop analytical strategies for identifying and interpreting trends in complex datasets.• Convert analytical problem statements and data requirements into scalable solutions, including the creation, automation, standardization, and maintenance of reports and dashboards.• Leverage various analytical techniques, including descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive methods, to analyze and interpret data.• Implement data validation and quality assurance processes to ensure accurate, reproducible outputs.• Craft clear data visualizations and technical summaries that enhance data storytelling and interpretation.• Develop executive-ready presentations that clearly communicate analytical results, assumptions, limitations, and implications.• Document and convey analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences as necessary.• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify analytical goals, validate assumptions, and deliver sound analytical solutions that drive business decisions.• Contribute to the growth of IMA’s data culture through collaboration, knowledge sharing, and effective analytics utilization in decision-making.
