Your Responsibilities
Data Exploration and Analysis: Examine user behavior, performance metrics, and trends to discover the factors influencing changes.
Identifying Anomalies and Opportunities: Detect unusual patterns and assist the team in understanding their origins.
Reporting and Automation: Develop and manage dashboards and automated reports to ensure data accessibility and accuracy.
Support for Decision-Making: Convert analytical insights into clear recommendations for enhancing products and operations.
Metric Design: Collaborate in defining and refining essential KPIs that impact our business and customer experience.
Documentation: Maintain well-documented analyses, methodologies, and assumptions for reproducibility.
Modeling and Experimentation: Assist in basic modeling tasks and structured experimentation under the mentorship of senior analysts or data scientists.
Continuous Learning: Grow your analytical skills and product knowledge through real-world challenges and mentorship.
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in analytics, data, or operations (including internships)
Proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing datasets
Strong analytical curiosity and a systematic approach to problem-solving
Excellent communication skills for conveying insights clearly and visually
Proactive in automating repetitive tasks and enhancing reporting processes
Genuine interest in fintech, data-driven decision-making, and machine learning concepts
(Bonus) Familiarity with Python for basic data manipulation
