As a Data Analyst within the Business IT department, you will be instrumental in advancing our data-driven organization. You will analyze data from various systems, build dashboards, generate insights, and advise teams on opportunities for improvement. Collaborating closely with product owners, developers, and business stakeholders, you will ensure that data is optimally utilized in our products and services.
Your responsibilities will include:
Collecting, structuring, and analyzing data from diverse sources (e.g., operational systems, security solutions, and cloud platforms);
Creating reports and building dashboards (e.g., Power BI);
Translating data insights into concrete recommendations for internal teams and clients;
Monitoring data quality and developing standards and data governance guidelines;
Actively contributing to data-driven product development;
Identifying trends, risks, and optimization opportunities;
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams within the organization.

Who We Are Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Science, or a related field;
At least 2 years of experience as a data analyst, BI specialist, or in a similar role;
Experience with tools such as Power BI, SQL, and preferably Python or R;
Familiarity with Data Engineering is a plus.
