Inspection and Diagnosis:Conduct regular inspections of avionics systems, including radars, radios, navigation systems, and flight instruments.Diagnose faults or issues in the electrical and electronic components of the aircraft.Maintenance and Repair:Repair or replace defective parts of avionics systems, such as wiring, sensors, antennas, and other components.Test systems post-repair to ensure proper functionality.Perform software updates and calibrate equipment.Installation of New Systems:Install new or upgraded avionics equipment in compliance with manufacturer specifications and aviation regulations.Configure and adjust avionics systems to ensure seamless integration.Documentation and Compliance:Maintain up-to-date maintenance records for each aircraft, including interventions, tests, and parts replaced.Ensure all maintenance operations adhere to aviation safety standards and regulations set by the aviation authority.Pre-Flight Tests and Checks:Collaborate with pilots and maintenance teams to test avionics systems before each flight to guarantee the safety and optimal performance of the aircraft.Keeping Up with Technological Innovations:Stay informed about new technologies and updates in avionics equipment to maintain aircraft at the highest standards of safety and efficiency.
