Lead and mentor a team of data center technicians focused on fiber and copper cabling, racking, stacking, and infrastructure installations. Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of low-voltage cabling and communication systems. Ensure high-quality execution of fiber and copper terminations, testing, and resolution of complex issues. Own and enforce Method of Procedure (MOP) and Change Management Operating Procedure (CMOP) processes, along with operational best practices. Manage workflows through ticketing and infrastructure management systems, guaranteeing timely and accurate task completion. Maintain comprehensive documentation, port maps, and inventory records to support audits and operational readiness. Lead incident response and escalation procedures for technical issues.
