We are expanding our team and are looking for a dedicated Planner to contribute to our ongoing projects at two major data center sites in the Helsinki region (Espoo & Kirkkonummi).
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft bid programs to enhance bid submissions.
- Maintain and review comprehensive master construction programs and project control procedures for active projects.
- Prepare and present project progress reviews to senior management.
- Manage client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
- Engage in business development with new clients.
- Oversee your project while providing assistance on other projects as required.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess project progress, ensuring risk identification and proactive problem resolution.
- Develop and maintain schedules for pre-construction, construction, and commissioning phases, ensuring timely progress reporting.
- Identify resource requirements for project schedules.
- Communicate tools and strategies to achieve project completion goals.
- Provide performance updates to identify variances and recommend corrective actions.
- Represent planning in client and subcontractor meetings.
