Project Overview
This project aims to gather comprehensive images of streets, key points of interest, and public spaces across the USA. Utilizing vehicles equipped with 360-degree cameras, our data collectors will capture the surroundings and store this data for subsequent enhancements to one of the world's most widely-used online mapping services. Data collectors will follow specific routes through commercial districts and historical areas, revisiting locations when necessary to ensure the highest quality of imagery, especially during adverse weather conditions. The project is anticipated to last between 3 to 6 months and will encompass various data collection sites.
The ideal candidate should have a passion for driving, possess a thorough understanding of the local area and traffic patterns, and exhibit a high degree of responsibility and reliability.
The expected work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day, totaling 40 hours per week. Weekend work may occur depending on weather-related delays.
