Project Objective
The primary aim of this project is to capture high-quality images of streets, key points of interest, and public spaces. Our collection will utilize vehicles equipped with 360-degree cameras that document the surroundings, storing the data for subsequent use in improving one of the world’s most popular online map services.
Data collectors will follow designated routes through public streets and areas, with an emphasis on commercial districts and historical landmarks. Due to potential adverse weather conditions, some areas may require multiple visits to ensure optimal image quality. The project is anticipated to last at least three months and will encompass various city and state regions.
The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys driving, possesses a strong familiarity with the local area and traffic patterns, and demonstrates a high level of responsibility and reliability.
Work Schedule: The project requires availability Monday to Friday, for 8 hours per day, totaling 40 hours per week. Overtime is available for those who wish to work additional hours.
