Role Overview
The Data-Driven Operations Specialist (m/w/d) steps in where automation currently falls short and works to ensure those gaps are closed for good. This role involves investigating individual cases, analyzing data, processes, and system logic to pinpoint why issues occur. By finding and understanding patterns behind recurring problems, the specialist helps turn insights into scalable solutions.
Collaboration is central: this position works closely with Operations, Tech, and Product teams to move from analysis to real system improvements that make a difference in daily operations.
What You Will Do
- Analyze and resolve complex operational exceptions
- Use data and process analysis (for example, SQL) to spot patterns and root causes
- Quantify problems and identify actionable areas for improvement
- Develop solutions to automate and enhance processes
- Partner with Tech and Product teams to implement changes
- Ensure solutions work reliably in everyday operations
- Factor in regulatory requirements during solution design
What We Look For
- 2–5 years of experience in an analytical, operational, or process-focused role
- Strong interest in understanding systems and working with data
- Structured, data-driven approach to work
- Proficiency in SQL; experience with other tools (such as Python or BI platforms) is a plus
- Hands-on mindset and a drive for sustainable improvement
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
