About the RoleWe are seeking our inaugural Data Engineer to lead the development of high-integrity data pipelines and analytical models across our technology stack. This position plays a crucial role within our organization, collaborating across all departments. You'll be responsible for creating dependable integrations, well-structured datasets, and implementing robust QA and monitoring systems. Your collaboration with engineering, product, marketing, and sales teams will be essential in leveraging data to drive impactful outcomes. This is a remote position primarily based in Romania. While we have a physical office in Bucharest that you can utilize, it is not mandatory. You'll work closely with our CTO and the engineering team based in Romania. As our first dedicated analytics engineer, you will have the unique opportunity to establish the foundation for data collection, modeling, and activation across our organization.
