The Data Intelligence Lead will spearhead our regional analytics efforts, focusing on commercial impact and strategic decision-making. This role demands a high level of expertise in data analysis, market evaluation, and opportunity identification, along with the capability to initiate and execute innovative data strategies. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader adept at constructing and managing regional data lakes to bolster business intelligence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze regional business data to uncover trends, opportunities, and areas ripe for commercial enhancement.
- Conduct comprehensive market analyses to evaluate regional performance and competitive positioning.
- Collaborate with telecom and banking teams to fine-tune loan product strategies and optimize business outcomes.
- Develop and uphold dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the region.
- Proactively identify, gather, and integrate new data sets to fortify analytics capabilities and business intelligence.
- Present actionable insights and strategic recommendations to senior management to aid decision-making.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security throughout all analytics processes.
- Remain informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in fintech analytics.
- Exhibit a fast-adopting, initiative-driven approach to new tools, methodologies, and business challenges.
- Analyze and synthesize internal performance data (customer behavior, product usage, revenue, repayment, churn, campaigns) alongside external partner data from Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) and other ecosystem partners to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for revenue growth.
- Generate actionable business insights and recommendations across critical areas, including customer communication strategies, product enhancements, user experience improvements, pricing optimization, and customer journey management.
- Work closely with Commercial, Marketing, and Product teams to understand customer pain points, market feedback, and business inquiries, translating them into clear analytical problem statements and requirements for the Business Intelligence and Data teams.
- Collaborate with BI teams to enhance and optimize complex analyses through data exploration and innovative analytical methods, ensuring insights translate into increased business value.
