Envision Employment Solutions is on the lookout for an experienced Data Modeling & Testing Developer to become a vital part of our client's team, a renowned global leader in IT Services and Consulting.
Your Responsibilities:
- Steer the development of comprehensive Data Models for a Data Warehouse that caters to various banking sectors (Finance, Risk, Marketing, etc.).
- Utilize Data Modeling Tools proficiently to establish Data Warehouse Models in collaboration with the Data Integration Team.
- Oversee the planning and execution of assessments, selection, and implementation of diverse tools.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies to guarantee that the Data Strategy team employs cutting-edge solutions while ensuring that existing tools are up-to-date with the latest features.
- Uphold ethical data management practices and ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, data protection laws, and applicable national/industry standards.
- Lead the planning, design, analysis, and development of various solutions to ensure the bank operates in a data-driven manner. Manage scoping, negotiations, and implementation with vendors for acquiring new tools.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities for process efficiency and improvement, developing compelling business proposals to communicate and implement change.
- Forge and sustain strong collaborative relationships with senior internal stakeholders, subject matter experts, and external clients.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Teradata is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with Data Warehousing and at least 2 years in Data Architecture and Solution Design.
- Strong familiarity with new technologies and tools.
- Exceptional numerical and analytical abilities, including the use of statistical tools and technology for data analysis.
- Experience in sourcing, assessing, and manipulating data, as well as engineering data processes.
