Join our dynamic team as a Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant, where you'll manage the entire Data Cloud project lifecycle, from pre-sales to deployment, within a rapidly evolving technical environment incorporating AI and Agentforce.Main ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud projects, including data model design (DMO), multi-source ingestion, profile unification, matching rules, and identity reconciliation.Design connectors and activation flows to Marketing Cloud, focusing on customer journeys, data-driven segmentation, and omnichannel orchestration.Integrate Data Cloud with third-party systems (data lakes, existing information systems) and assess integration architectures (MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs).Support clients in their 360 data strategy through scoping workshops, architecture recommendations, roadmaps, and build vs. buy advisory.Participate in pre-sales activities: needs qualification, scope definition, estimations, and presentations.Contribute to team skill development and the capitalization of best practices in Data and Marketing Cloud.Explore and implement AI/Agentforce use cases: scoring, next-best-action, automated summaries, and augmented search on structured and unstructured documents.Assist in the industrialization of deployments through best practices in CI/CD for Salesforce, release strategy, and environment management.
