As the Spa Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our luxurious spa, ensuring exceptional client experiences while achieving financial targets. You will embody Fairmont's service standards, creating a serene and opulent environment focused on well-being.Key Responsibilities1. Operations ManagementSupervise all spa operations including treatments, reception, changing rooms, and wellness areas.Ensure facilities are well-maintained, clean, safe, and harmonious.Adhere to protocols, quality standards, and hygiene regulations.2. Leadership & ManagementRecruit, mentor, motivate, and train staff including therapists, receptionists, and wellness coaches.Set schedules, performance goals, and assess team competencies.Promote a positive, collaborative, and respectful workplace culture.3. Customer ExperienceEnsure impeccable, personalized service in line with Fairmont standards.Handle customer complaints diplomatically and propose satisfaction-driven solutions.Create exceptional customer journeys in collaboration with other departments (Accommodation, Dining, etc.).4. Strategy & PerformanceDefine and monitor profitability, revenue, and cost objectives for the spa.Analyze key performance indicators (Cabin occupancy rates, revenue per treatment, customer satisfaction).Develop attractive commercial offers and strategic partnerships.5. Offer DevelopmentEnsure the spa menu is updated with wellness trends.Launch new treatments, products, or rituals in partnership with brand collaborators.Collaborate with marketing to promote the spa to internal and external clients.
