Your Daily Responsibilities:
- Lead Comprehensive AI Initiatives: Oversee machine learning projects from conception through to implementation, including forecasting models, recommender systems, and explainable AI.
- Architect for Scalability: Design resilient machine learning architectures (data pipelines, feature stores, serving layers) that are ready for production and easy to maintain.
- Team Development: Mentor and manage Data Scientists and AI Engineers, promoting ownership, high standards, and ongoing professional development.
- Integrate Business and Technology: Collaborate with commercial and product teams to explore AI opportunities and contribute to pre-sales discussions as necessary.
- Champion Best Practices: Establish scalable machine learning standards, ensuring quality, reproducibility, and ethical AI practices.
- Simplify Complexity: Transform complex machine learning concepts into actionable insights for business and executive stakeholders.
- Advance Innovation: Translate applied research into real-world solutions that generate significant impact.
