Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with various business segments within the Personal Banking Group (PBG) to harness analytics capabilities, translating insights into actionable strategies for customer acquisition, cross-selling, up-selling, retention, and customer recovery.
- Employ advanced statistical and predictive modeling techniques to develop, maintain, and enhance multiple decision-making systems. Design experiments and validate business hypotheses effectively.
- Assess available and relevant data within the bank for analytics purposes, identifying internal and external data sources, and leveraging new data collection methods such as geo-location and unstructured data from emails, logs, and social media.
- Innovate and implement effective strategies to tackle business challenges using analytics, clearly communicating results and methodologies.
- Analyze patterns and variations in data characteristics, including volume and speed, to support predictive analysis initiatives using diverse data types (e.g., images, text, clickstream, or metering data).
Ensure continuous tracking and monitoring of the performance of decision systems and statistical models developed by the data science unit.
