Required Skills and Experience
Proficiency in Python
Experience with LLM lifecycle: including prompt design/engineering, prompting techniques (RAG, few-shot, CoT, etc.), vector databases, multimodality, fine-tuning, and evaluation.
Demonstrated data science experience: You have significantly contributed to impactful projects and understand how to deliver tangible results.
Statistical & causal ML fundamentals: Expertise in experimental design, uncertainty quantification, and rigorous model evaluation across tabular, time-series, and foundation-model fine-tuning tasks.
Deep learning experience: Proven skills in building and training NLP or computer vision models using frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
Agile & AI-powered development: Experience running lean Kanban/Scrum cycles and leveraging AI tools like Cursor to prototype rapidly and deliver high-impact solutions.
Growth mindset: You embrace challenges, prioritize progress over perfection, and continuously seek improvement.
Self-management: Ability to work autonomously, take ownership of projects, and deliver results without constant supervision.
