Position Objective:
The Data Scientist will leverage their expertise in statistics, mathematics, and programming languages such as SQL and Python to enhance our products and processes. The role involves conducting statistical analyses, executing custom SQL queries, and uncovering patterns that can significantly improve product quality and operational efficiency. Additionally, the Data Scientist will be responsible for the maintenance and enhancement of our data infrastructure and tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute data mining, exploration, and analytical tasks.
- Develop data visualizations, comprehensive reports, dashboards, and conduct data audits.
- Design, train, and implement advanced machine learning algorithms.
- Create predictive models for early warning systems.
- Establish automated anomaly detection systems.
- Automate engineering solutions to minimize potential scrap and support critical project timelines, addressing software and hardware-related challenges.
- Assist in the preparation of technical presentation materials for management and clients. Collaborate effectively with other departments within the plant, CM, and Bosch to achieve departmental goals.
- Provide support for urgent quality complaint investigations and product issues, as well as I4.0 projects.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisors.
