Role Overview: Data Scientist
Based in London, this Data Scientist role covers the full data science workflow, from scoping projects to deploying models and monitoring their performance. The team applies data, machine learning, and AI to improve decision-making and deliver personalized customer experiences. Projects range from optimizing marketing spend to content personalization and large language model integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and process data using both domain-specific and general approaches
- Analyze data to support ad-hoc business needs
- Run proof-of-concept projects to test feasibility and value
- Build and deploy machine learning models for production use
- Monitor model performance to maintain accuracy over time
- Lead integration of large language models (LLMs) to drive innovation and efficiency
- Manage relationships with stakeholders, balancing ambition with practical outcomes
- Develop and share insights with teams across the business
- Work closely with other data scientists, analysts, and engineers

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in data science or a similar position
