We are on the lookout for a dynamic and talented Data Scientist to become a key player in our retail team. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in the data science field, showcasing proficiency in data analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning techniques. Familiarity with MLOps, feature engineering, and data engineering processes will be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Analysis: Gather, preprocess, and scrutinize extensive datasets to uncover trends and derive actionable insights that address retail business challenges.
- Model Development: Construct, train, and implement machine learning models for various applications including demand forecasting, customer behavior analysis, and inventory optimization.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers and business stakeholders, to convert requirements into effective data-driven solutions.
- Visualization and Communication: Convey insights and findings through engaging visualizations and dashboards that support decision-making processes.
- Innovation: Remain knowledgeable about the latest tools and methodologies in data science and retail analytics.
