Responsibilities:Act as the trusted advisor to the GTM team, serving as the central resource for all quote-to-cash inquiries. Function as the primary point of contact, advocate, and liaison for the GTM team, managing internal conflicts and coordinating cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Finance, and other stakeholders throughout the deal-closing process. Ensure compliance with all commercial policies, conducting thorough reviews to confirm that all deals align with company standards and escalating issues as necessary. Oversee document reviews and data consistency, ensuring that all information is accurately reflected across signed contracts, Salesforce, and the billing system. Assist the legal team in reviewing and approving commercial and administrative redlines, customizing non-standard contracts utilizing template language. Conduct ongoing training and refresher sessions with GTM teams to highlight best practices and operational procedures. Continuously identify process inefficiencies and bottlenecks, proposing solutions to enhance current workflows. Required Skills:Minimum of 2 years of experience in Deal Desk operations. Proficient in Salesforce is mandatory. Strong grasp of the sales deal cycle and proven ability to navigate complex sales processes. Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative attitude.

Deal Desk Manager

We are seeking a proactive Deal Desk Manager to become part of our Deal Desk team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the go-to-market organization throughout the deal lifecycle by streamlining contract evaluations and overseeing the quote-to-cash processes. You will report directly to the Head of Deal Desk and collaborate closely with Similarweb’s global GTM organization, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to develop policies and processes that expedite deal cycles and optimize revenue generation. A collaborative mindset and the capability to work cross-functionally in a fast-evolving environment are essential for this position.
