Genuine passion for assisting children with autism. Demonstrated patience, empathy, and teamwork skills. Must be at least 18 years old. High school diploma or GED is required. Willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid certifications and undergo a Tuberculosis test if necessary. Ability to pass a pre-employment background check. Physical capability to perform various positions (sitting, squatting, bending, etc.). Capacity to lift and carry weights up to 50 pounds.
