Qualifications

We are looking for individuals who meet the following qualifications: A genuine passion for helping children with autism. Strong patience and compassion, with the ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting. Must be at least 18 years of age. High school diploma or GED is required. Willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification, along with a Tuberculosis test if not done in the past year. Ability to pass a pre-employment background check. Capacity to perform physical activities including lifting, bending, and moving in various positions. Commitment to obtaining a Registered Behavior Technician Certification following onboarding.

This position requires you to be physically active, engaging with children through various movements such as standing, walking, sitting, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
