At least 1 year of verified experience as a Customer Service Representative in B2C or B2B environments. Proficient in English, both written and verbal, with a minimum proficiency level of B2. Excellent communication skills via phone, email, and instant messaging. Strong organizational skills and adept at managing time effectively. Comfortable using modern technology, including desktop sharing, cloud services, CRM systems, and VoIP. Proficient in word processing and spreadsheet applications, particularly MS Office. Familiar with online calendar and scheduling tools, such as Google Calendar. Proactive, confident, and detail-oriented. Willingness to work night shifts.
