Per-Visit Compensation Rates:

$75 for each standard OT visit

$112.50 for each OT evaluation

$187.50 for each OT Start of Care visit

Role Overview:

As an Occupational Therapist, your role will include conducting thorough patient assessments in their home environment and completing precise documentation using Homecare Homebase.

  • Conduct patient evaluations and implement effective therapy interventions

  • Create detailed care plans and collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team

  • Ensure timely clinical documentation and visit notes

  • Maintain ongoing communication with physicians, care team members, patients, and their families

  • Be adaptable to all facets of home health care

  • Oversee patient treatment and outcomes directly, or through supervision of Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs)

Qualifications:

  • Proven organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines effectively

  • Professional demeanor and excellent communication abilities

  • Valid Texas Occupational Therapist (OT) license

  • Minimum of one year of occupational therapy experience

  • Current Texas driver's license

  • CPR certification

  • Familiarity with healthcare software, preferably Homecare Homebase

  • Previous experience in Home Health is advantageous but not mandatory

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, flexible hours
