Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $90,000 – $104,000 per year

Overview
The Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) at Gotham Enterprises plays a vital role in enhancing patient care by executing therapeutic interventions under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist. This position requires a commitment to improving patient mobility, alleviating pain, and restoring functionality through tailored exercise regimes and clinic-approved modalities. You will be crucial in ensuring a positive patient experience and maintaining accurate treatment records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement treatment interventions as directed by a licensed Physical Therapist
  • Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and functional training
  • Administer manual techniques and modalities as indicated (e.g., heat therapy, ice application, electrical stimulation)
  • Monitor patient responses and relay progress or concerns to the supervising PT
  • Guide patients on home exercise programs and proper body mechanics
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation of patient visits according to clinic standards
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized treatment space

Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assisting from an accredited program
  • Valid Colorado PTA license in good standing
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • Familiarity with EMR and documentation systems
  • Exceptional communication skills and professionalism in patient interactions
