Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Application Management Services (AMS) or Infrastructure Management (IM).• Experience managing a Managed Services contract with defined SLAs and risk/reward structures, ideally as Service Delivery Manager (SDM) or Service Delivery Head (SDH).• Familiarity with Service Delivery tools and dashboards for single or multiple service lines.• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience within the UK.• Strong understanding of the Onsite/Offshore delivery model.• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.• Prior experience in managing multiple service lines for the same client, encompassing Applications and Infrastructure Services or Applications and Business Processes.• Transition experience as a Transition Manager, Service Delivery Manager, or Service Delivery Head.• Ability to navigate a matrix organization structure effectively.• Knowledge of TUPE regulations is a plus.• Experience with General Insurers or Life & Pensions providers is desirable but can be flexible for exceptional candidates.• Willingness to travel to India as required, expected to be around 10-15% of the time.
