Your Role:
As a Delivery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in assisting our clients with the application of state-of-the-art AI models to tackle real-world industrial challenges. This position provides an exciting opportunity to engage with a variety of high-tech industries and solve diverse and complex problems , each project presents its unique set of challenges. You will adeptly manage rapidly changing requirements, provide clarity and structure to the product team, and facilitate the alignment of technical solutions among both internal and external stakeholders.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Project Delivery and Client Success: Ensure seamless execution of customer-facing projects by actively monitoring progress, milestones, and deadlines. Serve as the liaison between internal stakeholders, engineering teams, and external clients , effectively managing communication, escalations, and expectations to keep projects on track amid evolving requirements.
Release and Technical Project Management: Assist product teams with structured release planning and delivery oversight. Collaborate with our platform and engineering teams to guarantee that new releases are implemented smoothly and meet high-quality standards. Aid in defining and establishing scalable technical solutions and processes.
Cross-Functional Alignment and Knowledge Management: Ensure reliable flow of information and updates from project teams to the Product Manager and GTM team. Organize effective documentation and knowledge management across projects, acting as a bridge between Engineering, Research, and Product.
Customer Feedback and Product Insights: Gather and organize feedback from customers on ongoing projects and communicate it to the Product and GTM team, influencing our product roadmap and go-to-market strategy with invaluable insights from various industries.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance project execution processes , from tooling to frameworks , empowering our teams to operate swiftly and confidently as we scale.
