About the Role
As the Demand Generation Lead, you will oversee the entire funnel, from raising awareness through thought leadership campaigns and audience-specific advertising, to capturing interest with high-conversion gated assets like playbooks, RFP kits, and demo content. You will nurture prospects through targeted email sequences and intelligent retargeting, ultimately delivering qualified leads to the sales team equipped with the context and scoring logic necessary for conversion. This role is a strategic intersection of campaign planning, channel execution, content organization, and collaboration with sales, transforming Talos’s product positioning into focused initiatives and converting market signals into timely, relevant outreach.
This position demands a proactive mindset. You will not inherit an established playbook; instead, you will create one. You will identify impactful programs, advocate for them, execute independently, and hold yourself accountable for pipeline outcomes. Success will largely depend on your ability to influence rather than command: you will leverage relationships to drive initiatives and results.
