Experience with large language models (LLMs) and automation tools to significantly enhance productivity.

The Role:
As an engineering-led go-to-market organization, we aim beyond traditional campaigns; we build robust growth engines. We are in search of a Demand Generation Manager who can bridge our elite GTM engineering team and our results-driven sales culture. Your primary responsibility will be to effectively position our sophisticated suite of AI products in the market. In our environment, we emphasize outcomes over mere activity, granting you the autonomy to innovate while holding you accountable for measuring, refining, and scaling successful initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Construct and oversee the Coram growth engine utilizing traditional channels (Email, Webinars, Physical Events) and innovative digital experiments.

  • Collaborate closely with our engineering team to automate lead generation workflows and create bespoke GTM tools that provide us with a tenfold advantage over conventional competitors.

  • Formulate structured GTM playbooks tailored to our core sectors (Warehousing, Education, and Manufacturing) that translate complex AI capabilities into tangible value for operational buyers.

  • Manage full-funnel execution by tracking data from the initial touchpoint to successful closure, ensuring each marketing investment yields repeatable results.
