About the Role
As a Dental Lab Production Technician at Osteoid, you will play a crucial role in our dental lab, fabricating custom medical devices utilized in dental implant procedures through advanced 3D printing technology and specialized lab equipment. As we experience rapid growth, we are seeking dedicated technicians to meet the heightened demand for our bespoke products. This position is vital to our team, as you will work on-site to create surgical guides for our dental clientele.

The ideal candidate will possess a background in dentistry or prior laboratory experience, exhibiting meticulous attention to detail, proficiency with small tools, and a passion for thriving in a dynamic environment. What You’ll Do

  • Fabricate custom medical devices using rotary tools.
  • Collaborate with team members to support our dental clients' unique needs.
  • Process 3D printed dental models for conversion into medical devices.
  • Conduct quality inspections of custom fabricated medical devices.
  • Generate digital images of orthodontic study models using optical 3D scanning technology.
  • Manage and maintain inventory levels effectively.
  • Ensure a safe and organized work environment.
  • Perform maintenance on laboratory equipment as necessary.
  • Assist with miscellaneous lab support duties as required.
